Custom Surfboards, Handcrafted in Bali
Every Aloha custom surfboard is handcrafted in Bali and built to your specifications.
Choose from our range of Aloha stock dimensions, refined for all-round performance, or work with our team to customise the dimensions to better suit your height, weight, ability, surfing style and the waves you usually surf.
If you choose a board with stock dimensions, shaping can begin as soon as your deposit is received. For custom dimensions, we'll work with you to fine-tune the length, width, thickness and volume while preserving the board's original design and intended performance.
Ordering A Custom
Once your board model, dimensions, colour and other custom options are confirmed, we'll provide the deposit invoice for your order. Your board will then be handcrafted at our factory in Bali using premium-quality materials and built to your specifications.
Our standard build time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. Build time may vary depending on the board model, custom options and current production schedule.
